Covid Policies + Waiver
By registering for any Roll Right program for in-person instruction, I agree to the following statements:
I agree to show my proof of vaccination according to regional health order requirements, should it be required at the time of my lesson.
I agree not to come or bring a child to a lesson if she/he has any of the following symptoms:
cough
sore throat
fever, chills
body aches
diarrhea
nausea and/or vomiting
headache
loss of sense of smell or taste
difficulty breathing
loss of appetite
extreme fatigue or tiredness
I agree that, if at any moment in time, a participant is observed to exhibit symptoms of illness
aforementioned that upon being called, I will come immediately to the facility to retrieve my child.
I agree not to come or bring a child if:
any family member is feeling unwell in the household
anyone in the household has travelled outside the country within the last 14 days.
anyone in the household has been in contact with someone unwell
I agree to the following COVID requirements:
there will be no parent viewing/observing of classes at any time due to maximum occupancy limits
all skaters are required to wear a MASK at all times during instruction. (Those who cannot physically place a mask onto their face are exempt from this requirement.)
I agree to notify the instructor if my child is attending a lesson or I test positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of attending the facility.
I understand that my child will exit the building at the exact time the class concludes and that it is solely my responsibility as the parent/guardian to be there at that very moment.
I understand that exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19 is one of the risks of participating in SPORT ACTIVITIES: Roller skating & inline skating. I WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against Roll Right and its trustees, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in “SPORT.”
